We offer a cozy 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms apartment right on the front line of Playa del Cantal, in the exclusive Cantal Homes urbanization. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing, this apartment features a communal pool, which also includes a shallow pool for the little ones. There is allocated underground parking in the complex.

The apartment has an open kitchen to the living room, and it also includes a small storage room. It is accessed by fourteen steps.

The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc., and it has ducted A/C.

We offer an additional cleaning and laundry service, available upon request during your stay. We also provide a “shopping list” service, so you can have essentials like drinkeable water, soft drinks, snacks, etc., ready for your arrival. If you require any other service, feel free to ask, and we may be able to arrange it in advance.

It is available for weekly rentals during the summer months and for monthly rentals the rest of the year. Ideal for those looking for the tranquility and beauty of the Almeria coast.

The urbanization is right on the front line of the beach, just cross the street, the sand, beach bars, and more! The sand on this wide beach is fine, and the SEA is always very clean.

The sunrises at El Cantal beach are beautiful, with clear skies and calm sea. There are organized groups for yoga, meditation, etc., in the mornings on the beach.

You can bring your pet, and we have the lovely Macenas beach nearby, where dogs are welcome. There is also a stunning walk from there along the mountain foothills by the sea, which is spectacular.

We haven’t even mentioned how wonderful our coastline is! There are many dining options, with an immense variety to choose from. Bars and nightlife spots also offer a diverse experience, with many featuring live music regularly. Not to mention the nearby golf courses, water park (https://aquavera.com/), horseback riding, sea adventures, and more.

Within a 5-minute walk from the urbanization, you’ll find the Bowling Indalo Mojácar (https://www.facebook.com/bowlingindalomojacar/?locale=es_ES).

And if you love ice cream, don’t miss Gelatería Alberto (https://gelateriaalberto.com/), just a 2-minute walk from the urbanization. Their ice creams, as they say, are “museum-quality.”

There’s a bus service along the coast and to the beautiful town of Mojácar. In summer, this bus service operates even at dawn.
